This could be your personal, spectacular beach house for a week or more. It nestles on a private 3/4 acre block of paradise looking over tall trees to the Pacific Ocean. Situated about 400 metres from the beach, it is fully self contained and sleeps a maximum of 10 people in 4 bedrooms. The house captures every sea breeze for the bedrooms and living areas, has ocean views to the front and the privacy of native bushland to the rear. Wild brumbies and their foals, dingos and beautiful native birds frequent the grounds.

The kitchen contains a full size gas oven and cook top, a 420 litre electric all refrigerator and a 320 litre chest freezer. The cupboards are fully stocked with commercial quality crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and every cooking and baking item you would want. A large stainless steel gas BBQ, and a big fibreglass drinks esky are conveniently located on the covered verandah.

Pillows and light doonas are supplied but you must bring your own linen.
Bed linen hire may be available at extra cost for overseas guests.

Our fully automatic, computerised, eco-friendly solar power system supplies 24 hour power to all lights, the refrigerator, freezer and washing machine but does not allow for any guest's electrical items to be plugged in. A special outlet can be made available for low powered medical machines.
